How Hope Inspired Ministries Helps

We believe our outcomes over the past years prove that when people are given the opportunity and the skills to succeed, they often times will choose a better path. The two greatest statistics that demonstrate this are:

85-90% of our graduates are in the workforce and/or furthering their education. 4% Recidivism

Hope Inspired Ministries has consistently kept the statistic of 85-90% of employed graduates. We also have had only 4% of our graduates re-arrested for a new offense once graduating our program. We believe through these two outcomes, we demonstrate that our approach is effective in building better and safer communities.

We believe there are simply no shortcuts to any transformation process, especially one that involves obtaining the life skills necessary to successfully navigate through this challenging world. Therefore, we understand at HIM, we must meet people where they are, without judgment, in order to begin the process of change. Through this close interaction, we “unpack” life with each student and teach them the skills they must have in order to be successful.

Through this process, we establish a relationship of trust whereby our students understand that we are motivated by nothing more than to see them succeed in life. This is critical because of the accountability and structure that our program brings. However, it has been our experience that students begin to thrive in this environment of loving accountability to the point they establish a strong belief in themselves. Ultimately, their hopelessness is replaced with an optimistic outlook that they can become what their Creator intended for them to be.
